Franz designed the new office of Marketing Clinic in the center of Helsinki.
‍
The aim of the project was to create a timeless space and to reuse the most of existing furniture. The principles of biophilic design were implemented as part of the design, and solutions that support the well-being of the staff are reflected in both the selected materials and the shades.
‍
The design took into account the voice of the users of the facilities, based on the participatory workshops, created new opportunities for interaction. Hybrid workplace model was taken into account by designing facilities to enable high-quality remote conversations.
‍
In the project, the reuse rate of the furniture was 85%.
