Citycon Lippulaiva opened its doors in March 2022.
The aim of the project was to create a cityscape-like center, where the building’s architecture continues naturally into the interior, thus creating a street-like general atmosphere in the interior of the shopping center.
‍
Franz was responsible for the centre's interior architecture and its lighting, as well as the design of the seating areas, restaurant world, nursery and toilets.
‍
In addition to the above, Franz was responsible for the design of Spacent's and Unicef's spaces.
‍
The project was accomplished in closely cooperation with the architect company ARCO.
