After operating in the same location for over 20 years, Finland's longest-running Michelin-starred restaurant Demo moved to a new, stunning premises. The renewed Demo aims to develop to the next level in all areas. The magnificent 180-degree views of the Helsinki sea and the high-quality architecture provided an excellent framework to design a high-quality and timeless interior for the iconic restaurant. To soften the architecturally sharp lines and material contrasts, we introduced organic, sculptural shapes and warm tones. The design strongly took into account Demo's service concept and every detail was considered both visually and functionally. The design emphasizes classic timelessness and elegance. The plastic shapes and high-quality materials create an experiential atmosphere in the space, which creates the environment for a unique and exhilarating restaurant experience.
