Franz designed the visual renovation of the common areas of the Myyrmanni shopping center, which was completed in the autumn of 2023. The overall appearance of the shopping center was refreshed by introducing lighter surfaces and brighter color tones to the lobby and corridor spaces, including murals. The aim was to create a local identity for Myyrmanni, with the wall paintings by a local artist adding vibrancy and distinctiveness. The general color palette was unified, and the brand colors included muted shades of red and green found in the original facade.
In conjunction with the lobby and corridor changes, the appearance of the restroom facilities and the baby care room was updated in collaboration with Novosan, the seating furniture in the center’s corridors was revamped to fit the new concept, and the parking garage lobbies and signage were updated. At this same time, two large grocery stores were opened at the shopping center, with their expansions planned in conjunction with the corridor spaces alongside an architect. Franz also completed the visual renovation of the corridors in the restaurant area, which finished in 2024.
