Franz designed Pandia-Leanheat´s common office facilities to meet the growing needs of both companies.

Franz was involved in the project from the first site visits two the handover of the completed business premises. The workspaces of companies operating under the same large parent company were separated, but all common areas and kitchens were implemented to serve the needs of both companies. It was hoped that the common areas would be easily approachable and transformable.
