PONTOS

Pontos is a Finnish family office, investor and active owner that develops its companies and seeks to transform the real estate industry through digitalization.

In connection with the renewal of the lease, they decided to develop their offices located in the center of Helsinki. Franz was tasked with designing and updating Pontos' offices while respecting the company’s values. The essence of the design was to freshen the visual appearance of the premises to better reflect the company's values and to offer both the staff and customers and stakeholders modern spaces to work and meet. The goal was to design an office that embodies the Pontos brand and responsible principles, creating a functional, comfortable and aesthetically inviting work environment.

In the design, existing furniture and space elements were utilized as much as possible. In the selection of furniture, emphasis was placed on durability and quality, and an effort was made to use as much of the existing material as possible, which reflects Pontos' commitment to sustainable development. Comfort was also improved by renewing the lighting in the office space.
