VillageWorks is Finland's largest private company that has been on the market for the longest time offering flexible workspaces. Franz was responsible for the design of the company's latest offie hotel, Erottaja2.
Erottaja2's location in the heart of Helsinki and the property, which combines neo-renaissance and art nouveau into a wonderful whole, offers a high-quality and versatile setting for companies of all sizes. The most important themes in the design of the new facilities were consideration of customer needs, community, recovery, connection to nature, recycling and respect for the history of the property.
